Sacred Route: Premium Teotihuacán and Basilica Experience with Cave Breakfast

About this experience

Discover Teotihuacán and some of Mexico's most iconic landmarks in an experience that blends history, culture, gastronomy, and tradition. We begin by picking you up from your accommodation within the designated area and heading to Teotihuacán. There, you will take a guided tour of the archaeological site, learning about the history, architecture, and legacy of this ancient city. Afterward, you will enjoy breakfast in a traditional cave setting before visiting the home and workshop of a local artisan family. You will get an up-close look at their obsidian craftsmanship, learn about their techniques, and watch the artisan at work. Next, we will head back to Mexico City to visit the Basilica of Guadalupe, where a one-hour guided tour will introduce you to the history and key areas of this significant religious and cultural site. At the end of the visit, we will take you back to your accommodation. You can choose between two pickup times: 7:00 AM pickup—arrive at Teotihuacán around 8:00 AM to tour the archaeological site during the early morning, when crowds are usually smaller. 8:00 AM pickup—arrive at Teotihuacán for breakfast in the cave first, followed by the tour of the archaeological site around 10:30 AM. 🇲🇽 Seasonal special experiences: During certain Mexican holidays and celebrations, we include special activities to give you an authentic look at our traditions and culture.
